Affirmation: I prioritize my physical and mental well-being. I make time for exercise, healthy eating, rest, and relaxation, and I take care of my mind and body with kindness and compassion.

Today's meditation: Close your eyes and tune in to your body. Notice any sensations – tension, tightness, energy. With each exhale, imagine releasing that tension. With each inhale, imagine drawing in calming, restorative energy.
